It’s mid-December, which means Christmas and the New Year are around the corner. It has been a momentous year for the Velocity Bridging team who have been hard at work in 2020 and have much to look forward to going into 2021.
Despite the challenges the whole of the world faced because of the Covid-19 pandemic, there were some highlights for us for the year. Of course, the main one is the launch of Velocity Bridging!
This year we showcased our new company, socials, website, branding and most importantly, our three day completion concept!
Our company launch was featured in a number of financial press outlets, including Bridging and Commercial, The Business Desk and The Financial Reporter.
And not only that, but we completed our first case which was finalised in three working days, as we advanced a £150,000 gross loan to the Hampshire-based borrower who needed funds urgently.
In a year of unprecedented change, we are thrilled we have managed to make our mark on the bridging sector in such a short period of time.
Watch this space as we have lots of exciting plans in place for 2021!
Over the festive period, our office will be closed on Friday 18th December 2020 and we will be returning on Monday 4th January 2020.
